Overview
At Ivan Waldeck Ministries, we strive to ensure that every product meets the highest standards. Refunds or exchanges are only considered in rare cases where a printed book has a production fault (e.g., pages missing, binding issues, or major print errors).
Digital products, including downloadable versions of The Gates of Hell, are non-refundable.
Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund or exchange:
- The issue must be due to a production fault (not wear-and-tear or mishandling).
- You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item.
- You must provide proof of purchase and clear photos of the issue.
- The item must be returned in the original condition.
We do not accept returns for:
- Digital/downloadable items
- Books that show signs of general use or damage not caused by a production fault
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card provider – processing may take a few days.

Exchanges
We only replace printed books if they arrive damaged or with clear production faults. To request an exchange, please contact us at enquiries@ivanwaldeckministries.co.za with your order details.
Shipping
To return a defective printed book, please contact us at enquiries@ivanwaldeckministries.co.za for shipping information.
You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless your return is approved due to a production error.
